Hepatolenticular degeneration or Wilson¢¥s disease is a familiar disorder Characterized by hepatic cirrhosis, progressive degeneration of central. nervous system and Kayser-Fleischer ring in the cornea.
The author, recently experienced a case of typical Wilson¢¥s disease which showed characteristic signs such as Kayser-Fleisher ring, dysarthria, dysphagia, slurring speach, gait spastic, choreicform movement and Liver cirrhosis, and the literatures relating to this disease were briefly reviewed.
